Quality Improvement

This Project involves utilizing the ICP to guide consistent care and symptom tracking for residents with Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) which is followed by the whole care team. It incorporates non-medication interventions & activities tailored to residents’ interests & needs, to reduce the use of medication over time.
