Who We Are
Tech-ICP brings together evidence-based dementia care and innovative technology to help care teams better understand and respond to behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia. Building on an evidence-based Integrated Care Pathway (ICP), it combines clinical assessments, personalized care strategies, safer medication use, staff education, and technology to support more consistent, person-centred care.

- Reduce reliance on psychiatric medications
- Reduce emergency department visits and hospital admissions
- Promote person-centred, non-pharmacological approaches to dementia care
- Reduce burden on caregivers and frontline staff
